Holiday Home Villetta Laudani Castellammare Del Golfo Villettalaudani (Laudanihome) is a comfortable and pleasant home which has a wonderful view on the mountains of the famous marble of Carrara. It’s located in Balata di Baida which is about 8 km far from the seaside resort of Castellammare del Golfo.Villettalaudani has two floors: the ground floor and the first floor.On the ground floor there is a wide living room which is furnished with different pieces: a divan-bed, a satellite TV, a DVD, a stove-fireplace.A colourful and inviting kitchen has been created in a corner of the living room in which it’s possible to find a fridge, an oven, a stove, a sink and a toaster. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower, one double room and one single room with the possibility to add another bed.The first floor is composed by a bathroom with shower and a washing machine, a double room, a room with a bunk bed and an amusement arcade, a bar, the air-conditioner, a balcony but it’s also possible to play darts. The house is 100 square meters.In the veranda you also will find a swimming pool to make your stay more relaxing and amusing.You also could use a barbecue, an outside shower, a table with chairs and two deckchairs which are situated in the veranda.Finally there is a relax corner, one bicycle for your bike rides, and parking space in the shade. It’s possible to reach the house through a common entrance. The house is for 7-8 people (max).Villettalaudani is the best choice for families who want to spend beautiful, peaceful and amusing days thanks to the swimming pool, but it’s also the best choice for tourists who are interested in exploring the wonderful surrounding areas such as the temples of Segesta with the famous Greek theatre, the thermal baths of Segesta with the sulphurous waters.Balata di Baida is about 6 km far from the beach of Guidaloca, 8 km far from the famous stacks of Scopello, 10 km far from the Zingaro Nature Reserve, 35 km far from Erice the Science City, 40 km far from San Vito Lo Capo, 50 km far from Palermo, 35 km far from the airport of “Falcone Borsellino”, 35 km far from the airport “Birgi”.You will also find bar, a tobacconist's shop, a grocery store, the church, a butcher’s shop, a bakery, the emergency medical service, a children's playground, restaurant/pizzeria which are about 500 m far from the house.The owner will be always ready to help you for any problems or to give you some information (for example how and where you could spend your days in the best way).
